Requirements application procedure (ALIVIO 2)

Today during the press conference, more information was made available regarding the application procedure for the emergency support measures announced by Government (ALIVIO 2).

To be able to apply for the support measures at www.fondodisosten.org we understand that the following information should be presented for the application procedure for one of the emergency packages, i.e. the NOW Emergency Support Package (in Dutch: ‘NOW’ – Noodregeling overbrugging Werkgelegenheid), thus the ‘Emergency package to maintain employment’: 

1.    Turnover Tax return for the period April 2019

2.    Expected revenue for the month of April 2020

3.    A copy of the ZV/OV declaration for the month of February 2020

4.    List of employee and sedula numbers on 28 February 2020

5.    Totalwages (loonsom) OV derived from ZV/OV return for the month of February 2020

NOW Emergency Support Measures (compensation between 20%-80% of the salaries paid) are available taking the following conditions into account:

-          Loss of turnover (revenue) of at least 25%;

-          Company should maintain all employees;

-          Company should pay all the employees.

The precise conditions and required documents might still develop further, and should become available thru the mentioned website.

Applications can be submitted during the period April 18, 2020 up to and including April 22, 2020. The website will only be available as of this Saturday, April 18, 2020 and registration is only possible until April 22, 2020.

It was indicated that at the end of April 2020 (27th) payments will be distributed, after evaluation.
