Less like a colleague, more like a friend
Great company culture has nothing to do with daily worksheets or digital tools, but first and foremost it’s about the people. People that we interact and collaborate with and people that in no amount of time become less like colleagues and more like friends. I found that person at BDO. Shanda became in a very short amount of time, more than just a colleague and a friend. She is my ‘go-to’ person and we use our bond in different ways to create a great (work) environment. We always motivate each other to accomplish our goals and help each other to meet the deadlines. She is my solid support system and together we find the good in each situation, even during challenging times, so here’s to us, strong women… May we know them. May we be them. May we raise them.
