PROSCI CHANGE MANAGEMENT PRACTITIONER CERTIFICATION TRAINING
As a financial services firm, BDO Dutch Caribbean is always looking for ways to expand our services in order to continue to offer the best, contemporary and most relevant services to our clients. As part of our Specialist Advisory Services, the human aspect of organizations plays an important part. And given the fast digitization era in which we find ourselves, including the necessary global changes reinforced by the pandemic, it has become increasingly important to also focus on the human side of (corporate) changes.
Change Management, the People side of Change is an important topic to include in your daily operations. Because organizations don't change by itself, it is the people that change it. Whether you are fixing problems, responding to market trends such as digitalization or taking advantage of new opportunities, these changes and its success depend greatly on the people within your organization.
Therefore, we have partnered up with Prosci Advanced Instructor, Erik Steketee to continue with the 3-day Prosci Change Management certified training in Sint Maarten.
Change management is the people side of organizational change—It focuses on ensuring that everyone who is impacted by this change embraces your new direction or adopts and learns to use your new systems and processes. It is the discipline that guides how we prepare, equip and support individuals to successfully adopt change in order to drive organizational success and outcomes.
Prosci is the global standard in Change Management. Increasing the skills and knowledge of change management increases the chances of success. As a certified Change Practitioner, you will be able to guide organizations through change effectively. Moreover, certification as a Prosci Practitioner will be a key benefit to building your career in the change discipline.
